The buildings are located in Vinhorady, the popular residential location, beside The Riegrovy Sady Park and The Vinohrady Theatre, a 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas square and The National Museum.
In the surrounding area you can find shops, restaurants, wine-bars, but also many theaters and sport centers. It is very good location for residence. The buildings are near the public transport station on Náměstí Míru, where is located The Vinohrady Theatre.
A high-level and careful reconstruction, completed in 2006, gave the original historical identity back to the buildings in all its details; each apartment has been developed with the original distribution, has been fully refurbished to the highest specification with great care taken to caring a high level of interior design (luxury bathrooms, elegant furnishings, with oriental carpets).
